Meet Your Photographer!

Hey everyone! I'm Laura Drew Brasher, the artist behind the lens here at Captured. What started as art therapy has blossomed into my dream job - capturing memories for amazing people like you! ​

I began my photography journey at Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp in Hot Springs, AR. I was given the privilege of being a part of their media team for a few weeks in the summer of 2021. That time helped me develop my passion for photography. I began my photography business in 2022, but it wasn't given a real name until around a year later.​ 

In the beginning of 2026, I was introduced to Western-style photography, and I've been hooked since! As someone who has always wanted a way into the world of rodeo, I'm blessed to have been given a chance to be up close and personal with both behind the scenes and in the middle of the arena. I am forever thankful to my friends who have shown me the ropes, and I cannot wait to share my journey as a newly rebranded Western photographer!
